We are based in Spruce Grove, Alberta, and proudly serve the Edmonton area, with delivery available to events throughout Alberta and beyond.
Most of our rentals are to communities around the greater Edmonton area, but if your event is in a special location and you’re wondering if we can deliver, the answer is yes! Just get in touch, and we’ll work with you to find a delivery solution that fits your needs.
We regularly provide wooden bench rentals for weddings, private events, and corporate gatherings in all around the Edmonton area, Spruce Grove, and surrounding communities. Our handcrafted benches are a popular choice for outdoor ceremonies, rustic venues, and events where quality seating matters.
Delivery & Pickup
We make the delivery and pickup process simple, flexible, and professional:
Delivery timing: We drop off benches one to two days before your event in the evening, giving you time for decorating and rehearsals if the venue allows.
Same-day delivery: If needed, we can arrange delivery on the day of your event.
Pickup: Benches can be collected the evening after your event or the following day, whichever works best for your schedule and the venue.
Even/odd arrangements: We usually deliver benches in even numbers for neat, symmetrical rows, but we can accommodate odd numbers when needed.
Quality control & safety: For quality control and insurance purposes, we handle all deliveries and pickups ourselves. This ensures the benches arrive safely, are properly positioned, and maintain the high standard of craftsmanship our clients expect.
Our goal is to make setup easy and worry-free, allowing you to focus on your event while knowing your seating is secure, stable, and beautifully presented.
Quality & Reliability
All of our benches are handcrafted from solid fir timbers, weighing approximately 80 pounds each. They are designed to be sturdy, stable, and reliable, perfect for outdoor events. Slight natural variation between benches is normal, but they perform beautifully on outdoor irregular surfaces like grass, dirt. Providing safe and comfortable seating for your guests.

While we are centered in Spruce Grove and primarily serve the regions around Edmonton, we have delivered benches to venues across north, eest, rast and ventral Alberta and are happy to discuss locations outside this area.
